Meet Ramsha, our Head of Marketing at Chestertons MENA. Hailing from the vibrant city of Dubai, she holds a Bachelor’s (Hons) in Marketing from the UK, combining academic excellence with a global perspective. With a rich background in the F&B and Retail industries in Dubai and the UK, Ramsha brings a unique blend of experiences to her role.

Having left an indelible mark on renowned names in the real estate industry over the past four years in Dubai, she now spearheads our marketing initiatives at Chestertons MENA. Ramsha is trying to redefine industry norms to craft unparalleled content that pushes boundaries and captivates audiences in ways never seen before.

Ashley Hawthorne - Head of Residential Real Estate

Ashley decided to move to Dubai in 2014 after spending 10 years in real estate in the UK, where he started as a junior negotiator but quickly progressed up the ranks to become a branch manager in just three years. Ashley also spent many successful years running branches in Devon and working in the London market! He has won various awards for his performance and hard work and even a couple of VIP trips to Miami, Amsterdam and Vegas, to name a few.

Ashley’s passion for Real Estate is evident, and one of his key attributes is his ability to listen to his clients and understand their needs. He always strives to give the best possible service to all his clients and is always willing to go that extra mile. Ashley’s friendly and enthusiastic approach allows him to build strong relationships with all he encounters. Ashley will always manage to put all clients at ease with his knowledge and expertise.

Aneela Bibi - Head of Holiday Homes ( Chestertons Go )

Aneel holds a master’s degree in English Literature and Linguistics. Her journey in the hospitality industry began over a decade ago when she honed her skills in various capacities within the sector. From front-line customer service to management roles, she gained a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Her passion for creating memorable stays has driven me to excel in the nuanced world of holiday homes. Her proficiency in understanding diverse guest needs, coupled with a keen eye for detail, has been instrumental in consistently achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

Andrew Elliott - Head of Commercial Real Estate

Andrew has been an active member of the commercial real estate market in Dubai for the past 17 years, working in all asset classes. As the Director of the Commercial Agency at Chestertons, he is responsible for the sale of offices, retail outlets, warehouses, land, and staff accommodation. Andrew’s background in professional golf serves him well in commercial real estate, bringing a competitive spirit to the table and getting deals across the line.

His team at Chestertons is one of the best in the city, due to his commitment to training and development. Andrew is keenly aware of the growth of the commercial real estate market in Dubai and is well-positioned to help investors and developers maximize their returns. With his experience, competitive spirit, and commitment to training, Andrew is the perfect person to help those looking to invest in commercial real estate in Dubai.

Simone Dobson, MIAM - Chief Services Officer

Simone Dobson is the Chief Services Officer for Chestertons MENA, responsible for services and technology transformation in addition to delivering the Regional Strategic Plan.  She has more than twenty-five years of international real estate experience, during which time she has worked for global companies such as CBRE and JLL in addition to local UAE brands delivering Asset, Property and Facilities Management Services.

Simone’s experience covers all assets across all industry classes, and she has held positions on both Client side and Supplier side. Focusing on value driven service delivery, key achievements include the handover of several high profile commercial and residential projects from Construction to Operations and subsequent Defect Liability Management as well as the preparation of Property and Facility Management strategies for buildings and communities across EMEA, South and Southeast Asia and the UK.  She has also worked with a number of architectural teams offering input to design for future operational cost efficiencies.

Simone is a formal member of the Institute of Asset Management. She is also a member of American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) and Royal United Services Institute (RUSI).   Most recently she obtained her NEBOSH International General Certificate qualification.

Adam Wilson, MRICS - Head of Valuations and Advisory

Adam is Director and Head of Valuations for Chestertons MENA, based in Dubai and has over 8 years’ experience working in the MENA region. His current role includes overseeing valuations for developers, financiers, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds and private clients throughout the MENA region.

Adam has over 20 years’  broad property and real estate valuation experience that includes the UK, UAE, Egypt, Lebanon, KSA, Bahrain, Jordan and Oman markets. Prior to joining Chestertons, Adam spent 4 years as an Associate Director for Jones Lang LaSalle in Dubai where his experience included valuations of substantial property portfolios, land banks, development land and various operating assets including retails, offices, industrial, staff accommodation and residential communities. Adam’s main role was in International Valuations which focused on Egypt, Lebanon, Oman and KSA.

Prior to joining JLL, Adam spent 10 years as an Associate Director for FHP Property Consultants in the UK where he undertook valuations on a varied range of property assets and land and a key area of Adam’s work was in acting as Expert Witness and Single Joint Expert, primarily for professional negligence claims but also on other disputes and litigation matters such as matrimonial disputes and probate.

Adam gained a BSc Hons in Real Estate Management from Nottingham Trent University and has been a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2007. He is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb), an RICS and RERA Registered Valuer.

Kamal Soussi - Head of Property and Facilities Management

Kamal is the Head of Property Management. He is an experienced real estate professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades, most of which has been in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Riyadh. He specializes in Property Management, Facilities Management and Corporate Real Estate. He has worked for major real estate developers and service providers across the UAE, KSA, and Morocco. Before joining Chestertons MENA, Kamal was KSA Country Head of Property Management, Sales & Leasing at Land Sterling. Before that, he managed the entire commercial portfolio of Savills in Abu Dhabi Emirate.

Whether commercial, residential, or industrial property, Kamal has the professional expertise to develop a sound and bespoke strategy and then take it through implementation and delivery. World Trade Center – The Offices Abu Dhabi is one of the iconic commercial high-rise towers Kamal has managed and brought from takeover from the Construction phase to full occupancy in 18 months.
