With over 12 years of progressive experience in sales and banking, including roles as Business Development Director and Company Brand Representative.

He has successfully led initiatives to enhance brands across industries. I’ve showcased projects supporting Vision 2023 and managed transformative projects, including involvement in real estate development such as King Abdullah Airport in Jazan.

Currently, Abdullah is with an international project management and consulting company overseeing a mega project in Saudi Arabia. Leveraging his MBA and PMP certifications, Abdullah drives revenue generation and brand enhancement globally.

Frank Gleeson - Managing Director BCPM - KSA

Frank has over 30 years of industry experience, with the most recent 10 years spent in the KSA region, leading challenging and high-paced projects spanning numerous sectors, including hospitality, residential, golf course developments, commercial office fit and entertainment facilities.

Frank joined Chestertons from Jones Lang Lasalle, where he was the KSA Head of Fit Out, working with clients such as AMC, SABB and Osool. Has a proven track record of strong leadership and project delivery.

Frank has extensive experience leading teams on complex and challenging schemes and ensures the best practice approach is adopted and any potential project challenges are resolved effectively.

Mohamed Mussa - Executive Director

As Salah’s only son, Mohamed has from an early age been exposed not only to the family’s portfolio but also the business process for Mercantile Group and Chestertons.

It has been impressed upon Mohamed the importance of business acumen and being a well-rounded and articulate young man.

In 2021 Mohamed was offered the position of Non-Executive Board Member for Chestertons and his input into this core group of highly influential businessmen has played a significant part in plans for the growth of the business.  Mohamed has made it a point to be involved within various departments at Chesterton’s thus his knowledge of the company is substantial, and his perspective is holistic.  Mohamed’s current role has allowed him to create synergies in various business affairs.

Mohamed has also gained significant experience in property development by shadowing his father, along with working for Ballymore from a young age which gave him a huge insight to the management of major property development projects particularly in the Canary Wharf area.

Mohamed has had significant influence in the decisions process for one of the ultra high net worth projects in Mayfair Prime Central London – Chesterfield Hill.

Andrew Elliott - Director of Commercial Agency

Andrew has been an active member of the commercial real estate market in Dubai for the past 22 years, working in all asset classes. As the Director of the Commercial Agency at Chestertons, he is responsible for the sale of offices, retail outlets, warehouses, land, and staff accommodation. Andrew’s background in professional golf serves him well in commercial real estate, bringing a competitive spirit to the table and getting deals across the line.

His team at Chestertons is one of the best in the city, due to his commitment to training and development. Andrew is keenly aware of the growth of the commercial real estate market in Dubai and is well-positioned to help investors and developers maximise their returns. Conor Henry - Director of Valuations and Advisory

Conor is the Director of Valuations & Advisory at Chestertons MENA, bringing over 20 years of real estate experience, including 16 years in the UAE. He plays a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the Valuations department. Conor supports the Head of Valuations in all aspects of valuation work, team performance, setting objectives professional development, and maintaining regulatory compliance, client engagement, business development, and valuation oversight.

Before joining Chestertons, Conor led valuation teams at Colliers MENA, secured bank empanelments, and conducted portfolio valuations across various asset classes. His experience also includes advising the Irish government on land acquisitions, working with Dubai’s Sovereign Wealth Fund on investment analysis, and supporting a Dubai-based master developer in valuation and feasibility studies.

An RICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor since 2003, Conor continues to contribute to the region’s evolving real estate market.

Jake Wright - Director of Investment and Advisory

With over 18 years of real estate industry experience, Jake is the Director of Investment Advisory for Chestertons MENA, working with private clients, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and government entities to advise on strategy, capital structuring and fundraising for real estate development projects across the UAE and KSA.

He spent eight years at two London banks managing and structuring real estate development and investment deals. For the past 10 years, he has been evaluating and advising on real estate development opportunities across different asset classes for Family Offices, the Public Investment Fund and various UAE and UK government bodies. Jake joined from The Public Investment Fund where he structured and managed real estate development roll out strategies for PIF umbrella companies.

Mohamed Badawi - Head of Property Management

Mohamed Badawi is a key member of the Management Team at Chestertons, serving as Property Manager with a focus on delivering high-quality, client-focused property services. He oversees the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and tenant coordination across a diverse property portfolio. Sreejesh Sasikumar - Senior IT Manager

Sreejesh Sasikumar is an experienced and strategic IT leader with over 18 years of expertise delivering enterprise-level technology solutions and driving digital transformation across international markets. Based in Dubai, Sreejesh oversees IT operations, ensuring the seamless integration of infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems management, and technology innovation to support the firm’s long-term objectives.

He has a proven track record of aligning IT strategy with business goals, leading cross-functional teams, and implementing resilient systems that enhance operational efficiency, performance, and security. Over the course of his career, Sreejesh has been instrumental in modernizing IT environments within highly regulated and operationally complex industries. In the shipping and logistics sector, he managed critical infrastructure and spearheaded large-scale ERP deployments across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. His work in the oil & gas industry focused on strengthening IT compliance, performance optimisation, and risk management frameworks. In the hospitality sector, he championed a service-driven approach to technology, enabling seamless guest experiences and supporting operational excellence.
